Full Service (FS - 4 hours)

Service Description

The Full Service includes complete removal of the major moss deposits from the roof, as well as a moss treatment application and gutter cleaning service. We will blow all roof areas to clear away the loose debris (leaves, pine needles, etc.) and will clean up the roof/gutter debris from around the home afterwards. The service starts at $489 for homes with up to 1500 Sq Ft of serviceable roof area. Pricing depends on factors such as the amount of moss growth and the difficulty/accessibility of the roof. *Additional fees may apply: Excessive Moss - Heavy Moss Growth ($40-$100+ based on severity). Roof Difficulty/Accessibility Fee - Complex roofs which may include steep pitches can warrant an additional fee. Homes with multi-level roof sections are considered as well. The use of specialized safety equipment is often required to safely complete the service. Debris Removal - For clean-up we will utilize your yard waste bin or compost pile. If you would like the debris hauled off-site for disposal, an additional fee may apply ($25 for light debris, $50+ for heavy debris removal). Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a service/rescheduling fee of $25.00. Your Booking Price is an estimate to perform services. An official Service Offer will be given once we are able to assess your home.
